Ingredients:
(serve for 2)
- Basmati Rice 1 bowl
- Finely chopped carrots (shape you like)
- Finely chopped beans
- Finely chopped onion
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 small bowl green piece
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon
- Bay leaf 2 to 3
- Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Green cardamoms
- Black cardamom
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Garam masala 1 tbsp
- Oil as per required
Method:
- Boil rice in a hot pot salted boiling water add 2 to 3 green cardamoms, 2 to 3 black cardamom, 2 to 3 bay leaf and add cinnamon 1 to 2 stick and add 1 spoon of oil and then drain excess water.
- Heat a non stick pan and add 3 to 4 spoon oil then add some spices like green and black cardamoms, bay leaf.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and then add onions when onions color are brown then add all vegetables like green piece, chopped beans ,carrot .and add tomato puree.
- Vegetables are evaporated then add 1 tbsp garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste.
- Arrange the layer of rice at bottom. Then add some vegetables spice then arrange rice layer Then coriander leaves then add rice layer then add yogurt layer then rice layer and the top Coriander leaves layer.
- Cover with silicon lid and cook 5 minutes then serve hot.
- Serve with Achar, papad and rita.
